We are recruiting now a Startup Analyst

If you are interested in new digital services, meeting exciting startups and learning the latest in technology and business, this position is for you!

 Strategic partnerships with start-ups are an important part of Elisa's transformation into a provider of new digital services. Elisa Startup Partnerships' purpose is to identify promising startups based on strategic areas to do business with Elisa. Your responsibilities will include meeting and evaluating exciting startups as well as supporting partnership establishment. Read more about startup cooperation at Elisa. 

In addition to the work with external Startups, Startup Analyst supports Elisa drive to be more adaptable company, experimentation, co-creation challenge, startup eco-system events such as Slush. 

 We are looking for people with:

  • Experience with startups (ideally a founder of a start-up, or working for a startup etc.)
  • Advanced studies in the field of technology, ICT or business 
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude,  with curiosity and willingness to learn 
  • Motivation to work for superior customer experience (consumer-centric mindset)
  • Analytical, systematic and self-motivated way of working 
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (other language skills welcome!)
