We are happy to announce that Formica IKI is strengthening their sales team and there is now a great opportunity for a
SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGER
to join Formica IKI Oy's sales team.
The primary focus of the role is to develop long term relationships with specifiers, for example architects, interior designers, retail end users, contractors and corporate clients to identify and target relevant opportunities, to successfully achieve Formica product specifications, and understand the supply chain the specifications goes through to ensure the sale is achieved.
You need to have a proactive focus on where new opportunities are both with current and new customers and will drive sales and connections in a professional, innovative and proactive way. You are able to build strategic partnerships with architects and designers and have a track record of delivering results through building long term customer relationships.
We are looking for a person who thrive in changing environments and have a future focused mind set, always looking for opportunities and bringing fresh ideas to his/hers team.
Formica IKI's new SPECIFICATION SALES MANAGER preferably:
Has worked in a similar industry with an understanding of our customers and distribution model
Has experience in specification sales is preferable
Has experienced presenter is a benefit
Knows and understands architects and designers, their needs and daily working life
Is interested in and understand the world of trends and designs
Is trustworthy, open minded, straight forward
Is fluent in Finnish and accustomed in using English in business
