We are now looking for a Specialist/Senior Specialist, Procurement Operations in Source to Pay Operations Organization to join our team in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland or Tampere, Finland.

What you will do
Proceed on-time procurement of required goods and services
Assigns purchases to correct buying channel
Requests new vendor registration via assigned tools
Support End-Users with claims handling
Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance
Closely cooperate with stakeholders and various Source to Pay teams
Prepare and provide trainings, analysis and meetings based on needs
Give input and participate in development projects
Ensure compliance with UPM internal controls, business rules, policies and legal requirements
Who You Are
You hold at least a bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional qualifications in a related area
You have at least 3 years of work experience in the procurement area
You are comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP ARIBA)
You are fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish would be an asset
You are proactive person with great communication and influencing skills
You have good collaboration and team-working skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changes
You have strong self-management skills and are not afraid to take initiative and challenge the status quo
You embrace diversity and value different perspectives
Experience working in a global organization is considered an asset
