We are now looking for a Production Planning & Procurement Specialist to join our team in Tampere.

UPM Raflatac is labeling a smarter future by developing innovative and sustainable labeling solutions complemented with world-class service. As one of the world’s leading producers of self-adhesive label materials, we supply high-quality paper and film label stock for consumer product and industrial labeling through a global network of factories, distribution terminals and sales offices. What you’ll do

In Production Planning you will:

  • Optimize and prioritize coating planning together with production depending on customer orders, laminate stock replenishments and laminate stock levels
  • Conduct continuous analysis of inventory to prevent stock outs and limit amount of aging stocks
  • Cooperate with other members of the team to ensure raw material availability
  • Act as a link between production and customer service, while continuously developing the process

In Procurement you will:

  • Manage raw material inbound supply and stock rotation
  • Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate raw material availability
  • Manage various tasks in SAP (order entry & update, price list updates, invoice & credit note handling, supplier & product information upkeep)
  • Develop supplier performance

Who you are

  • You have previous experience in similar tasks
  • You are fluent in Finnish and have good written & spoken English skills
  • You are a social and outgoing person who enjoys working in a team
  • You can prioritize and deliver results under pressure
  • You have a development-oriented mindset
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
