Specialist (Manager), Supply Chain Analytics

As a Specialist (Manager), Supply Chain Analytics you’ll be responsible for providing in-depth studies on the demand and supply for the Consumables (CNS) business areas Rubber and Poly-Met (RuPo) and Metallic Supply Chains. Through your data-driven analysis and conclusions, you’ll be supporting the Consumable’s supply chains and Operations Planning team in improving the demand and supply plans and providing insights on how to better optimize our supply chains. In your role, you will also support and develop consumables Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) processes. You will be working closely with Foundry Operations and Rubber Supply Chain. You will also have regular and ongoing interaction with product lines, market areas, CNS supply chains, and other global functions

The location is Tampere or Espoo, Finland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect and analyze data to find improvement areas in supply operations
Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
Support and maintain data in Consumables S&OP platform
Measure supply chain performance and report to management
Support in business case preparation and follow-up
Identifying and analyzing supply chain trends
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain activities
Strong skills in using Excel and PowerPoint. PowerBI skills are seen as a plus.
Good knowledge of customer service, sales support, aftermarket business, and understanding of integrated supply chain and logistic concepts
Able to manage competing demands while working to tight deadlines
Basic experience and knowledge of SAP: Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management, Material Management, and Production Planning modules is seen as plus
Very good skills in both written and spoken English
Valid passport for international travel

Able to turn numbers into a meaningful stories
Highly motivated and strong customer focus
Strong communication, co-operation and presentation skills.
Great analytical skills
Link, connect and manage large datasets and find patterns of behavior
Understanding forecast methods is seen as a plus
Understanding of customer, competitor and supplier development, trends and technologies
Detail-oriented behaviors are required
Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere
