We are looking for a self-driven


for a temporary position until Spring 2021.

What do you get to do?

You will support our daily decision making by providing needed data reports and analysis of HR figures. You will train needed end users to use our reporting systems and provide reporting and analytics as a service for HR and other group’s internal stakeholders.

Taking into consideration your own back ground and interests we would be happy to let you take on more responsibility and develop the scope of your work further.

What are we looking for?

The ideal match would be a person with a service-minded attitude combined with a keen interest towards numbers, reporting and analytics. We would appreciate if you like working with systems and possibly have some back ground supporting end users with system usage, preferably Workday or similar employee data system. Experience in the field of HR is considered an asset.

After you have quickly taken on the needed system skills, you are comfortable with proactively developing reporting, providing support to our end users and arranging training sessions. You have excellent MS Office skills and are no stranger to playing with numbers in Excel.

Fluent Finnish and English are needed.
