EMEA Talent Management team plays a key role in ensuring our talent management processes and practices are taken into use throughout Europe.
As a member from our team moves to new challenges within Valmet, we are seeking for a person with strong track record in recruitment and some experience and interest in other areas of talent management. As a talent management specialist, you are viewed as a trusted expert in your field and you will proactively support HR community and all businesses in Europe. In this role you have a great opportunity to be part of a truly global TM community and give input to the global process development.
Your daily tasks will include:
You will succeed in this role if you have the needed basics in place: suitable education (Master’s degree in relevant field), 3-5 years of relevant work experience, strong MS Office skills and excellent written and spoken English. You have proven record of successful recruitments on different organizational levels and have some experience in other talent development tasks. You can manage various projects and tasks simultaneously and have strong interest in recruitment and learning related technology and reporting. With your excellent communication and influencing skills, you can easily navigate in our matrix organization and reach targeted results. You are also willing and able to travel when needed.
