We are now looking for a Specialist, Customer Service for a temporary position to join our Overseas Customer Service team to provide high-quality customer service and order processing for Overseas markets. This is a temporary family leave substitution until the end of August 2020. Preferred start is by mid June 2019. The position is located in Tampere, Finland.

What you’ll do

  • Execute customer contract processing and support forecast processing
  • Assist sales in inquiry handling and support with market, product and customer information
  • Monitor customer payment behaviour together with finance & control
  • Check allocations and support sales with allocation process
  • Handle orders, invoicing and export documentation
  • Communicate with customers, agents, service providers, ports and stocks
  • Promote the usage of e-tools
  • Participate in developing ways of working and support claim handling

In this role you will report to Customer Service Manager. 

Who you are

  • You have relevant education and minimum 1-3 years of working experience in customer service or similar tasks
  • You have a customer and service-oriented mindset with good selling skills
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You easily work as part of the team as well as independently
  • You can easily adapt to different situations
  • You are proactive and take initiative
  • You are accurate with numbers
  • You have good knowledge of IT and e-business tools
  • You are fluent in English and Finnish, other languages are seen an asset
