Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist, Customer Loyalty to join our Metso Outotec Customer Loyalty team for a fixed 12 month period. This position will be based in Finland and can be located in Helsinki or Tampere.

Metso Outotec Customer Loyalty team is responsible for customer feedback measurement and driving customer experience improvement together with a large group of stakeholders, including colleagues from Business Areas, Market Areas and IT. 

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in the global Customer Loyalty team and IT in technical development of feedback surveys, and support in collection and consolidation of business needs and priorities to development roadmap. You will participate in planning, specifications and implementation of customer feedback measurement – especially in technical survey setup, user acceptance testing, as well as planning and conducting end user trainings.

To Succeed

To be successful in this position you have previous experience from customer experience measurement and tools (e.g. Qualtrics or similar) or market research. Salesforce experience is considered a plus. We also value strong computer skills and experience of IT and process development (preferably SAFE model). Experience in reporting/analytics platforms such as PowerBI is also considered as plus.

We are looking for a person with analytical skills and development-oriented mindset. Project management skills are essential. The person should also have an attention to detail. Ideally, you have already worked in a cross-cultural matrix organization and have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
