We are currently looking for Spare Part Team Support for our client in Olkiluoto. The job starts as soon as the right candidate has been found and lasts for 2 months.  

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assess maintenance and commissioning data to initiate spare parts and consumable orders in due time
  • Review and search for items in warehouse inventories
  • Search for technical/ quality documentation in databases/ folders
  • Follow-up of the purchase requests and purchase orders
  • Provide the documentation of the spare parts for the maintenance reports and other work orders

Requirements:

  • Understanding of technical documentation
  • General understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation technology
  • Computer literacy in MS-office
  • Perfect management of usual software (Excel, Work, Powerpoint, Outlook,..)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • German and French considered as a benefit
