Spare Part Support

We are looking for Spare Part Support for our international client at the OL-3 site. The work will start as soon as the right candidate is found and lasts approximately 6 months.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assess maintenance and commissioning data to initiate spare parts and consumable orders in due time
  • Review and search for items in warehouse inventories
  • Search for technical/ quality documentation in databases/ folders
  • Follow-up of the purchase requests and purchase orders
  • Provide the documentation of the spare parts for the maintenance reports and other work orders
  • General Issue Notes to receive parts from warehouse
  • Prepare the pick-up and handover of required spare parts


  • Understanding of technical documentation for power plant components
  • General understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation technology
  • Computer literacy in MS-office
  • Good communication skills
  • Good management of usual software (Excel, Work, Powerpoint, Outlook,..)

Language skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • German, French and Finnish considered as benefit
