Sous chef, Ajisen Ramen, Helsinki Airport

We are looking for a Sous Chef for our customer SSP Finland Oy to their new restaurant Ajisen Ramen which opened in the brand new wing of the airport in January 2019.

You will be working in an international team and your main responsibility is to run the kitchen in your shift. Shifts very from early morning till late evening. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and a la carte dishes. You have a passion for cooking and you understand how to run the kitchen and lead the shift by example.

Ajisen Ramen is an international restaurant with its origins in Kumamoto, Japan. The chain has more than 700 restaurants in China and more than 800 restaurants around the world. The restaurant will provide an orientation period for food preparation and show the ways the restaurant works around the world.

Edellytämme sinulta

Relevant restaurant experience
Readiness for shift work
Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
Fluent English - Russian and Asian languages is considered an advantage
Good hygiene knowledge and HACCP Standards
