My name is Sofia Stenson and I am leading the Contact Center and Sales Strategic Sourcing Team. Right now we are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join us. If you consider yourself a real Contact Center Sourcing nerd, you may be just what we need!

We work together with Sourcing Managers in the Nordics and Baltics to establish and execute the strategy of Contact Center Services. Our coffee break discussions will revolve around: Can contact prices be too low? What is the best contact center platform? Are customers ready for robots? Do we like COPC? And other interesting topics. Come join us!

Your next challenge?

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager or a Senior Sourcing Manager in the Contact Center area. The role will work with sourcing and stakeholders in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Lithuania and Estonia.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating or driving category strategies together with Business Stakeholders and Sourcing Managers in Nordics and Baltics
  • Establishing Contact Center as a concept category, including outsourcing, best practice standards, IT-systems etc
  • Identifying category initiatives to maximize value and minimize waste
  • Participating in or driving sourcing projects
  • Participating or driving creation of category best practice processes and tools
  • Managing supplier delivery and satisfaction
  • Ensuring that supplier and contract documentation in systems are up to date and compliant
  • The position is located at either Solna, Sweden or Helsinki, Finland.

And who are you?

You have a deep knowledge of sourcing Contact Center services from different aspects: processes, suppliers, business models, technology, innovation, market development, process standards such as COPC. A relentless drive to simplify and solve problems based on facts, data and needs. You have demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management with win/win attitude.

You have the ability to interact in a cross-functional global environment with all levels of management and a proven ability to lead projects in complex stakeholder and supplier environment. You have a business mindset and good understanding on key financial indicators. You are willing to travel.

While the role has extremely high operational focus, you have already demonstrated your skills also in following competence areas:

  • Strategic leadership – creating and implementing transformational category strategies
  • Business acumen – ensuring that supplier portfolio and delivery meets our needs
  • Negotiation, indirect influencing and selling ideas
  • Change management (in both people and operations context)
  • Analytics and business intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and at least one Nordic language
  • Building win-win -relationships both inside the company and with suppliers.

Your Experience:

  • Background within Outsourced Contact Center or Sourcing of Contact Center Services
  • Minimum 10 years of experience from working in international organizations with complex business models and matrix organization
  • University degree in business, technology or other related area
