Your challenge
We are now looking for several Sourcing Engineers to manage our various suppliers and to respond our increasing need to gain more value from our sourcing processes. Our sourcing function is divided into three departments: Direct, Indirect and Strategic Sourcing. Direct Sourcing focuses on managing the contracts and supply chain with suppliers nominated by our client where the key success factors are great communication skills and ability to create and achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers. Indirect Sourcing department manages the sourcing processes, investments and suppliers that doesn´t directly involve our manufactured vehicles. The key success factors in Indirect Sourcing department are great negotiation skills and ability to deliver business results. Strategic Sourcing on its behalf is responsible for sourcing strategy, cost management, supplier development and category management including project phase activities.
We are now looking for both new talents and more experienced professionals to join our sourcing teams. We will clarify your role and department during the recruitment process to cover your motivation and previous experience but also to fill our needs in different sourcing departments and suppliers. The area of responsibility will be defined more precisely depending on the experience and expertise of the selected candidate.
Our offices are located in Uusikaupunki and Turku. However, we are making work flexible and you can work almost anywhere. Yet it is warmly recommended and sometimes obligated to visit at our plant in Uusikaupunki.
