We are looking for a
SOLUTION EXPERT, CRM / XRM solutions
to join our HQ in Espoo. The Service Expert will be part of a team of 9 IT professionals, who develop and deliver. We cooperate well in our team and contribute by sharing ideas and knowhow.
Your role in the future Metsä
You will take ownership of Metsä Group’s MS Dynamics solution daily support and vendor coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Application Maintenance Service coordination of Dynamics solutions, mostly cloud based, but some on-premises also.
- Ensuring platform continuity in close co-operation with Metsä Group ICT stakeholders, technology provider and AMS partner.
- Participation to development activities in order to ensure smooth transition to continuous services.
- Coordination of D365 AMS work (managing multiple vendors with different responsibility areas).
- Responsibility of Knowledge Base Articles regarding known issues / problems.
- Quality (SLA) control
In order to succeed..
You’d need to have experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Solutions without forgetting a little love for legacy i.e. on-premises Dynamics solutions. You are an eager problem solver and without hesitation take on a challenge that you originally don’t have a solution to. In modern world all systems are integrated, therefore having the basics of system integrations especially between Dynamics and SAP would be considered as an asset. You thrive on learning new things and developing your skills as well as sharing knowledge to others within the organization. You’d also need to speak and write fluent Finnish and English.
