About the position

We are now looking for a Solution Consultant for Power Distribution business area to join Tietoevry’s Energy & Utilities business to build a more sustainable world by supporting our clients with digital solutions to manage the energy transition.

In this position you will be responsible for translating client business process needs to added value features to the core products and also helping our clients to maximize the business value of our tools and services in their own processes. The main product areas you will be working with are power distribution asset management systems (Primary) and metering infrastructure digital tools (Secondary). In addition, you will actively scan the industry and technology development to keep up with the changing operational environment and work closely with product roadmap and sales operations in different products.

You can be either a well-seasoned professional or in your early career. What matters the most to us is your passion to be part of building digital solutions for a more sustainable future together with us and our customers.

To rock this position we expect you to have

• Background or strong interest in working in or for the Energy Industry
• Understanding of asset management practices in energy infrastructure
• Familiar with Network Information Systems and Smart Metering
• University degree in relative field, minimum on master’s level (M.SC) or about to graduate
• Understanding of digital technologies and their connection to business needs
• Excellent collaboration, presentation and interpersonal skills to excite and carry through
• Outside oriented conceptual thinker with an analytical mindset
• The thrive to make a difference in the world and to learn new things
• Fluent English and Finnish, both written and spoken
