SOFTWARE TRAINEES

The Fastems Factory Automation System is the heart of the production for our customers. Our software unit consists of bunch of really talented, ambitious developers. We work in scrum teams and utilize agile methods in our daily work.

Working in our software supply, you will see tangible results from your work. You will have an opportunity to work with colleagues that will shape the future of industry. Your results will help our customers take the productivity and competitiveness of their operation to the next level.

We are now searching for Software Trainees to join Fastems.  As a Software Trainee your tasks would concentrate for example to the following areas:

• Development for Backend/Frontend

• Device Control and Interfaces

• Robotics

• ICT and Configuration

• Quality Assurance

• Delivery Coordination

As we work in an international business environment, good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. You must have the ability to act independently with a can-do attitude. We hope you have a few years of studies or other relevant experience behind you, but all great personalities are valued at Fastems. Your technical study background can be either from University or University of Applied Sciences.

You could start working at Fastems in the spring. We offer you flexible working hours on your own wish during the academic year and full working hours for Summer 2023. You can also work remotely after the initial training period.  We hope you to be engaged and possibly willing to stay with us also after summer and we love to offer our trainees a possibility to do Master’s thesis to us.
