Software Test Engineer

We are hiring new team members to our team of Test Engineers to develop our web-based financial management software Procountor in Keilaniemi, Espoo

Job description

You will be working with the designing and testing of the changes made on Procountor. As we utilize test automation in our work, your role will also include coding and scripting. You will also work with manually testing our software.

Our core codebase is mostly written in Java, and we use the open-source Vaadin framework for providing a beautiful front-end to the end-user. For UI test automation, we are using Selenium and JBehave Framework. Other key technologies include MySQL, JUnit, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible and Git. Keys to success
A good candidate has solid background in software testing and is always yearning to learn more.

You also

  • have a proven track record of software testing
  • are familiar with relational databases, SQL and web-based software
  • communicate fluently with Finnish and/or English both orally and in writing

We also value

  • experience is test automation
  • knowledge of financial management, ERP and/or CRM systems
  • knowledge of Scrum methodologies
  • prior knowledge of tools/technologies that we are currently utilizing

You are self-imposed and have a solution-focused attitude. To succeed in this position, you need to be able to work as part of a team and take responsibility as a team member.
