Are you a Software expert looking for new opportunities?

As an Software Service Specialist in our Imaging Center of Excellence Technical support team your role will be supporting globally KaVo Kerr internal and external customers with software related challenges as well as proactively help our customers raise their competence via e.g. trainings. To ensure best possible customer service you will also test software in different kind of operating environments with different kind of configurations and load.

Together with your colleagues you will ensure that KaVo Kerr technical support is “Easy to do business with”. You will work independently and may also participate development projects. This position requires travelling.

  • Strong customer oriented mindset
  • Degree in Technics or Engineering
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both in written and spoken
  • Strong analysis skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Can-do attitude with eager to improve ways things get done

Great if you already are familiar with:

  • X-ray technique, digital imagining and medical industry
  • DICOM-standard
  • Databases: e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL
