Our Client is an international company that is shaping energy solutions to empower sustainable connectivity.
We are now looking for
to work in our Clients project. The project starts in summer 2021 and lasts at least 2 years. This project is situated in Pyhäjoki, Finland.
Your task is to lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning, maintenance phases.
Your key Areas of Responsibility will be:
-Site coordination and monitoring
-Health, safety and environment and project security
-Managing the sub-contractors on site
-Site cost management
-People leadership and development
We wish that you have
-Degree in Engineering - Electrical /Civil / Mechanical and previous experience in AIS/GIS Substation / Power Plant projects
-Ability to stay calm, even if unforeseen events threaten to disrupt projects.
-Business mindset in order to reach the projects goals & business goals.
-Strong leadership and negotiating skills with an excellent ability to resolve issues, lead teams and work constructively to build positive customer relationships.
-Strong organizational skills, ability to develop and manage effective processes
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with ability to deliver practical, effective and sustainable solutions in a continuously changing environment
-Excellent interpersonal skills with staff at all levels, ability to get the message across in a coherent and clear way and lead projects with great confidence at its most difficult and challenging times.
-Ability to relate to and to manage multiple stakeholders
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Finnish or Swedish is an asset. This project requires travelling in Finland.
