Bukowskis is the leading auction house in the Nordics and has for almost 150 years offered quality auctions to sellers and buyers around the world.

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee our operations in Helsinki, Finland.  In your role you will manage the daily activities, lead consignment and sales efforts, and have the overall responsibility for the result on the Finnish market.

Key Responsibilities

As our Site Manager you will implement Bukowskis’ corporate strategy and business plan on the Finnish market. You will be responsible for achieving the corporate goals for Finland as well as contacting different local stakeholders. We expect you to proactively plan, realize and evaluate financial performance and competitive positioning, as well as nurture and build strong, long-term customer relationships.


As a person you are goal-oriented, driven, proactive, structured and communicative. You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are humble and can handle everyday tasks and situations.

We are looking for a person that has experience of working in a results-driven organization with financial reporting, a proven track record in people management and driving team performance, and at least one academic degree or corresponding experience. Bukowskis corporate languages are Swedish and English, but we expect you to have strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, English and Finnish. Knowledge about art history and industry experience are appreciated. You have a class b driving license.

Bukowskis is located in the centre of Helsinki, Mastokatu 4-6. The position is full time and valid until further notice. We follow the commercial sector`s collective agreement.
