We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Accommodation Systems Division for the Global Class project. This employment contract is fixed-term and will be made first for 12 months, beginning in January 2020. This position is based in Wismar, Germany.
As a Site Logistics Coordinator, your main tasks are to coordinate the day to day logistics and ensure the material is delivered as per agreed schedules. You will be responsible for communication with the warehouse company and updating logistic tools (product shipment, material list). Material handling with forklift (unloading & loading) is included in your day-to-day activities as well. In this role, you will report directly to Site Manager/Project Manager, Accommodation Systems Division.
We are looking for a person with a pro-active attitude and skills in organizing and keeping the given schedules. You need to have a sense of responsibility, have a well-organized way of working and ability to adapt to a time to time stressful environment. Even in challenging situations, it is imperative that you can keep up a good team spirit. Your IT skills need to be good and good knowledge of MS Office Programs is required. In this position, good command of written and spoken English is mandatory. We offer you an interesting position with versatile tasks in an international company.
