We are looking for a
Shopping Centre Manager
to join our team in Tampere.
In this role you will act as the leader of Koskikeskus shopping centre.
As a Shopping Centre Manager, you will manage the daily operations in the shopping centre and build trusting relationships and fruitful cooperation with tenants, customers, service providers and regional partners.
Your tasks will include coordination of leasing and media sales, digital communications and marketing together with responsible colleagues. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the budgeting, reporting, business planning and KPI’s of the shopping centres. An important part of the job is also the continuous development of the centre, sales and footfall.
