As a result of strong growth and expansion we are actively recruiting for Services Senior Product Manager to join our Energy Solutions team.
In the evolving smart energy industry, more and more utilities choose to outsource operational processes of the smart metering infrastructure to a trusted partner, creating a growing demand for managed services. Landis+Gyr services offering covers the whole smart metering lifecycle, from planning and deployment to operations, maintenance, optimization and data analytics. In order to respond to the increasing demand and business opportunities with services, we are further strengthening our existing services product management team with a new senior product manager position.
Your key responsibility is to develop, manage and execute winning services products to increase market penetration and profitability for services in the EMEA region. You work closely with our sales and customers to define perfect services packages for the customer business needs and drive the services offering into execution together with our services delivery team. You act as a services champion, promoting L+G services offering internally and externally. Market analysis, services portfolio strategy, requirements management, service value proposition and positioning, service documentation, marketing story creation together with our marketing team, pricing and service lifecycle management are all key ingredients of your role. You work closely with rest of the product management teams and other functions in our organization.
Our ideal candidate can demonstrate concrete hands-on experience on driving services offering successfully in a relevant industry to ours. You are curious to understand customers business processes and passionate about turning the challenges into opportunities and solutions. You have a strategic approach on things with a can-do attitude. You are an energetic team player with great collaboration and people skills. With your innovative mindset and passion to build new things you drive both operational and strategic topics proactively forward. You are able to create marketing messages and to communicate effectively towards internal stakeholders and also to customers on management level.
Working in an international environment is natural for you. You are a fast learner and communicate fluently in English; other Nordic and European language skills are an advantage. Several years of solid contribution within smart metering or in an applicable technology industry is expected for the role. You hold a university degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, IT, business administration or equivalent.
