SERVICES PRICING MANAGER

As a Services Pricing Manager, you play a key role in developing Normet’s global services pricing strategy in your responsibility area, drive required changes, and secure business performance by creating and implementing action plans. In short you are expected to manage all aspects of services pricing, follow the markets and build business cases and initiatives. You will be working together with product owners in order to reach optimal results for our business. We expect you to have a M.Sc./B.Sc. degree or corresponding competence, as well as work experience from developing services pricing and agreements in a global environment.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Manage and develop global pricing guidelines for all product lines
• Keep global reference price list up to date
• Plan, implement and follow up global price adjustments with Sales Areas
• Pricing for new products with PLs and BLs
• Product and customer level sales and margin analysis
• Plan together with Sales Areas profitability improvement programs
• Follow up market prices
Service agreement pricing development
• Develop and launch pricing models (incl. risk management)
• Develop and manage pricing tools and templates
• Support agreement based customer project pricing
To be successful in this role, you will need to work across the organization in cooperation with Normet colleagues and stakeholders. You are a team player but not afraid of taking initiative or constructively challenging old ways of working. You are self-driven, result oriented and you cope well under pressure and uncertainty. You have the ability to build trust and add value in business relationships by excellent communication and negotiation skills
In this position you will be reporting to Director, Product Marketing Services. The position is based in Espoo and will require some international travelling.
