We are looking for ServiceNow ITSM Expert to a project assignment for our global tech client. This is a full-time assignment and will commence from August 2021 and last until the end of March 2022. The work can be done mainly remotely but please note that the work equipment is required to be picked up from Helsinki, Finland. Some presence at the client premises may be required, however, in accordance with up-to-date, local authority Covid- guidelines.
As a ServiceNow ITSM Expert your tasks will include incident, problem, knowledge and change management for Service Portal and Service Catalog. The expert will be conducting technical analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules as well as develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus. Some of the tasks will include coding and configuring interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems.
What we expect:
-Demonstrated experience with BMC Action Request System
-Advanced ServiceNow and ITSM Change Management knowledge
-Hands-on experience on Technology Architecture
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish
Finnish Security Check will be performed on selected professionals.
