The Service/ICT Specialist will be responsible for inserting, managing and upkeeping the medical raw data received from a partner laboratory and managing the medical database. You will coordinate all ICT projects, instalments and purchases. Also, a daily assistance with the rest of the team in all office management, such as logistics and customer service related issues, is required, alongside updating and maintaining of our websites. Once you are familiar with all of the above, you might take on some of the customer experience duties.

  • Fluent skills in English (oral and written) is mandatory, ability for day-to-day communication in Finnish is needed, other language skills are considered useful

Service/ICT Specialist duties will cover (with the help of the rest of the team):

  • Overall management of the healthcare databases and pharmacogenetic service operations 
  • Liaison with both local and international partners(laboratories, university hospitals, consumers, etc.)
  • Identifying and developing Abomics’ ICT related needs
  • Organizing and completing administrative and logistic responsibilities
  • Participating in customer experience 
  • Managing the support functions while the company participates to trade shows, seminars or other events
