We are looking for a technically adept, customer-oriented (Senior) Service Specialist in our EMEA Customer Services/Level 2 function in Jyväskylä, Finland. In this role your focus will be on providing technical customer support to customers across EMEA region. Together with the team you will also deliver contracted professional services.
In your role you will resolve complex technical customer incidents related to our software. You verify system setups and focus on root-cause analysis to resolve customer problems. Throughout the incident solving process you provide frequent documented information on case resolving and progress. Your input and expertise are also needed in providing various technical solutions and creating knowledge articles.
In this role you will work in close co-operation with our Level 1 and Level 3 (R&D) teams across the EMEA organizations. You keep Level 1 customer support informed on technical case solving progress, so that they can communicate the status to customers.
You have already proven your skills as a technical expert working in technical customer support in IT, telecommunications environment or equivalent. You are familiar with database administration, installations and troubleshooting. It is highly beneficial if you have understanding in any of the following areas: electronics, data processing, cloud technologies or system security requirements. As we work in a truly international environment you have fluent spoken and written English language skills, other languages are an advantage.
