We are looking for a Service Sales Coordinator for our global Marine & Offshore Business Unit for the summer season 2020. As a Service Sales Coordinator your main responsibilities are coordination of service calls including task scheduling, travel arrangements, service visit quotation preparation, order processing and invoicing in an international customer interface for a defined Marine customer group. You will have a group of professionals around you to support you and together you’ll tackle any obstacles that comes around. The position is located in our modern and functional office premises in Vantaa. 

The duration of the summer job is 3-4 months and the ideal start would be in May 2020.

You, as an ideal candidate have an active, customer oriented service attitude. You will enjoy working in a team environment and also have an ability to think and act independently and take initiative when required.

To be successful in the role you have:

  • Studies in Business, Engineering or Logistics or you are recently graduated
  • Sales and customer oriented attitude
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work systematically with multiple tasks at the same time
  • Good prioritization skills in a fast changing environment with tight deadlines
  • Open mind and eagerness to learn
  • Common sense
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

We also value:

  • Marine & Offshore business knowledge
  • Experience in international B2B atmosphere
  • Finnish or other language skills
