In this role you are responsible for the sales of service products and solutions to our Clients globally. You will work in close co-operation with our sales & service organization. Customer relationship management and development is also part of the job. Coordination of service agreement implementation, service plans and managing long-term customer relationships are your main duties. Your focus is on finding new ways to support the product life cycle management and ensuring the performance of the systems stays continuously on a high level.
We appreciate your track record in selling solutions, experience in customer service and sales development together with experience of digital services. Experience from pulp and paper industry, machine vision solutions and capability to manage accounts will support your success in this role.
