Service Manager, Customer Journey (Group IT)

As a Service Manager you will be working in our Customer Journey team for the Becoming a Customer Value Stream. In the Customer Journey team we develop tools for our marketers and sales people to support our customers in their digitalized customer journey throughout Finland, Scandinavia and CEE countries.
As a Service Manager you are responsible for developing and maintaining content management (CMS) and product information management systems (PIM) in close cooperation with your stakeholders. You are eager to continuously develop the Customer Experience together with your customers. You will make sure that end-to-end services are running smoothly in accordance with agreed service levels. You will also be responsible for development based on business needs following the budget in your service field. All services are developed continually by using Agile methods and SAFe framework.
To perform this role successfully we expect you to have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
- A few years working experience in a connected field
- Fluent English
- Experience in testing
- Experience in Agile methods (SAFe/Scrum preferred)
- Product Owner experience is an advantage
You feel comfortable continuously collaborating with all the stakeholders and communicating complex solutions in a clear and precise manner, helping in translating business needs into successful solutions. You are familiar with the concepts: microservices/multitier software architecture, cloud services and API management.
