ZenRobotics is looking for a Service Manager who’s passionate about developing customer experience in a fast-growing company. As a Service Manager you are the vital link between customers and the company's internal functions. You diagnose, provide solutions and fix customers’ technical problems, manage our support partners and work closely together with the software team, delivery team and hardware engineering.

As Service Manager you have two main responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support and service to our customers and partners. You monitor and prioritize our customer requests, spare part orders and development requests

  • Develop tools and processes for superior technical support and spare part management.

We expect you to have a strong background in engineering, either in mechanics, automation or software. You are ready to take ownership of customer cases and you have a hands-on approach as you sometimes have to fix things yourself. Understanding of support processes is important as you develop internal documentation and support materials. Strong communication and intercultural skills are needed as you communicate with a broad range customers and partners to understand their needs and establish how to serve them better.

We expect that you have:

  • Experience in global customer support

  • Experience in managing work and services delivered to the customers, e.g.technical competence, workmanship onsite, client relation and customer communication

  • Customer-oriented approach

  • Ability to travel, sometimes in a short notice

  • Fluency in English language (verbal and written)
