We are looking for a

Service Manager, Pharmacy Expert Services

to join our BU Retail Services’ sales team in Espoo, Finland. The position is permanent and requires traveling.

In BU Retail Services we sell and market wide range of health related brands and traded goods for Finnish pharmacies and grocery stores. We also offer various expert and staffing services to pharmacies and hospitals.

As a Service Manager your main task is to successfully provide expert and staffing services for our pharmacy customers in Southern Finland. You work in a team of highly motivated and sociable colleagues, and through our services you provide the means for our customers to succeed with their businesses. Your main customer contacts are pharmacists and pharmacy owners, and you manage your own area sales by implementing our strategy and specific market requirements. You are responsible for both new customer acquisition and current customers’ support. As an expert in staffing services you provide your knowledge in developing value added services and solutions for the customers. In this position you will internally work closely with your BU Retail Services colleagues in sales, shift planning and personnel teams. The person acting in this role will report to Sales Director Pharmacies located in Finland.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

  • Pharmaceutical education and deep pharmacy field understanding
  • Strong experience in successful service sales
  • Ability to create close relationship and trust with the customers
  • Analytical approach and talented with sales figures, KPIs and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and development activities in addition to hands-on attitude
  • Excellent IT skills e.g. with MS Office
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is an asset.
