We are looking for an experienced

SERVICE MANAGER (Online Web and Online Mobile Solutions)

for our global client to join their Customer and Sales Solutions team in the IT Unit. The selected person shall work on Experis's payroll with permanent contract in our client's premises in Espoo. The assignment will start immediately once the right candidate is found.


  • Problem-solving and management of production incidents, bugs and reported tickets throughout all utilized technologies (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, MuleSoft, Web-based user interfaces)
  • Service management and support processes for online web and online mobile solutions with continuous improvement mindset including weekly ticket discussions and daily statuses
  • Contributing to ensuring data quality for customer users and investigating identified issues: driving and participating in global/area level data taskforces based and continuously finding ways to improve the data quality
  • Proactive and clear communications of service management KPIs, incidents and tickets to relevant IT stakeholders as well as Key Users and business
  • SLAs regarding the solutions and technical partner SLAs
  • Planning monitoring solutions and processes for the services to ensure data quality and continuous solution stability
  • Continuous service, performance and operations of the services co-ordinating and facilitating the work with different support teams as relevant
  • Supports the Solution Owner and Release Manager with the service transition from development to operations, and ensuring operational readiness
  • May act as 2nd tier support (potentially 3rd tier with right profile)
  • Accountable for CMDB accuracy for the solutions


  • Strong experience in IT service management
  • Profound understanding of service management methodologies
  • Background in technical roles is a clear advantage
  • Experience in Salesforce, SAP and MuleSoft is an advantage
  • Capability to communicate fluently in English
  • Excellent communication skills
