We are looking for

SERVICE MANAGER, CUSTOMER JOURNEY

to join YIT Group IT Helsinki, Finland.

As a service manager you will be working in our Customer Journey team for Becoming a customer Value stream. In Customer Journey team we develop tools for our marketeers to support our customer in their digitalized customer journey. Our marketing, sales, customer service solutions help sales, marketing and customer service functions in business to manage products, leads, sales and customers. These services support business (both B2C and B2B) in better understanding of customers, enable personalized customer service and prolonging the customership with modern digital tools.

As Service Manager you are responsible for developing and maintaining content management and product information management systems in close cooperation with your stakeholders. You will make sure that end-to-end services are developed based on business needs and that they run in accordance with agreed service level. You are responsible for following the budget in your service field. All services are developed continually by using agile methods.

To perform this role successfully we expect you to have

  • Bachelors degree on IT or equivalent
  • Few years working experience from connected area
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in testing
  • Experience in agile methods (Safe/Scrum preferred)

You feel comfortable continuously collaborating with all the stakeholders and communicating complex solutions in clear and precise manner, helping in translating business needs into successful solutions. You are familiar with the concepts: microservices/multitier software architecture, cloud services and REST API.
