We are now looking for a Service Manager, Business applications to strengthen our global ICT team. ERP and CRM systems form the core business applications suite and they are in a key position in processing and following the business transactions, operations and decisions at Evac. The service manager has the overall responsibility of the activities related to these systems; prioritizing and developing new functionalities, supporting users with their problems and coordinating the internal and external development work together with our business applications team. The service manager will own our business applications related roadmap and budget.
Your daily tasks include
The Service Manager is in a key role in managing Evac’s ERPs and CRM support operations and development. Together with the Business applications team you will handle the ERPs and CRM support and roadmaps with the help of our development partners. As part of Evac’s global ICT team, you will manage all aspects of the Business application services: planning the roadmaps & budgets, facilitating development, and leading the service execution and incident processes.
Day-to-day activities include continuous communication with different stakeholders collecting development ideas and prioritizing those together while maintaining the high level of continuous support.
Level of involvement in the actual technical development depends a bit on you as well, but some capability to learn to also get ‘hands dirty’ in configuring the systems as well as in problem solving is expected.
