Your role

 

You will be working as a Service & Logistics Planner in our Service configuration team at Fortum Recycling & Waste business area in Finland. Service configuration is part of the Supply Chain organization in Finland, and is responsible for mapping and identifying customer specific needs and solutions in regards to Recycling and Waste services. As a Service & Logistic Planner you will be responsible for finding the best service & logistics solutions for the customer, as well as preparing new & existing customer projects for the Order fulfillment organization.

You will be working in close co-operation with our sales, business units as well as our customers in order to continuously develop our service & logistics solutions and improve our processes within the supply chain.

Your qualifications

 

In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have:

• Several years of relevant experience and/or proven track record in the field of supply chain management and/or logistics.

• Experience of service sales in an industrial and/or B2B service environment (experience from waste and recycling business is considered a big plus)

• Bachelor or Master’s degree from suitable field of business

• Good organizational and communication skills

• High Customer orientation

• Good team player skills with a collaborative mindset

 

As a person you are easily approachable. You have a mindset of doing, and ability to challenge the status quo. You have a willingness to travel and operate at customer front. You are able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
