Service Integration Platform Manager

Reliable, integrated and well performing IT environment is a must for Accountor’s business to achieve its targets and increase its competitiveness. Management of IT environment is becoming more complicated and requires strong discipline in a complex multi-sourced environment as there is a direct link between business efficiency and quality of IT services.

Accountor Group is now looking for a Service Integration Platform Manager to secure successful implementation of group level Service Integration platform. Ensuring that all best practice principles and processes are implemented/ developed accordingly. In addition, the role will include integrations towards all internal and external parties.

Service Integration function focuses on operational service quality, continuity, compliance and performance. Efficient and continuously evolving service management processes, tools and SIAM operations. Orchestration of the service delivery ecosystem and maintaining up-to-date status information on service and process performance with Accountor Group IT Service Management System (ITSM)

Service Integration Manager key responsibilities::

  • Leads SIAM operations
  • Ownership and development of SIAM standards, architecture, governance, Service integration and management processes and reporting
  • Manages related service providers
  • SIAM communications, ITSM tool maintenance and development and reporting
  • Ability to network and interface with internal and external stakeholders and good communication skills

Key Success Factors and Capabilities:

  • Work experience from similar role as a Service Integration Manager or Service Manager
  • Capability to lead people and networks
  • Good communication skills and ability to cooperate efficiently with various stakeholders
  • Broad experience in IT Service Management, ITSM methods and practices
  • Sufficient experience and skills in vendor Management
  • Understanding of IT Service cost structure and charging principles
  • Experience on working in an international environment
  • Fluent in Finnish and English languages, other Nordic languages and Dutch are an advantage.

In addition, certification and training on ITIL, SIAM and ITSM-tools (especially ServiceNow) are an advantage.
The Service Integration platform Manager will be part of Group IT team and report to Group CIO. The location is in Accountor Headquarter in Espoo, Finland.
