Are you an enthusiastic service designer looking to make a difference in the product portfolio on an international scale? We have an exciting opportunity where you can apply service design methodology to create winning customer experiences. Tasks include journey mapping, customer interviews and research, data analyses and communication of the insights to the organization.
Our CX team works in the fast-paced B2B environment. We are located in the inspiring crossroads between product management and the R'n'D and our focus is designing customer-centric end-to-end experiences for our B2B cyber security products and services. Your role would be to help us design for an optimal customer journey, understand what our partners and end customers are saying and help to form meaningful insights and conclusions from the data. The exact responsibilities can be tailored according to your skill level and former experience.
