You will be working as a Manager of Service configuration team at Fortum Recycling & Waste business area in Finland. Service configuration team is part of the Supply Chain organization in Finland, and is responsible for mapping, identifying and developing customer specific needs and solutions in regards to Recycling and Waste services. Your team, which includes Service & Logistics Planners and a team of Masterdata specialists, will be responsible for finding the best service & logistics solutions for the customer, as well as preparing new & existing customer projects for the Order fulfillment organization.
By good management and leadership skills you are able to lead your team to fulfill customer requirements and ensure excellent co-operation with different stakeholders in our organization.
As a key person at our Recycling & Waste organization with major contribution to our performance, you will be working in close co-operation with our sales, business units as well as our customers in order to continuously develop our service solutions and improve our processes.

In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have:
• Minimum 5 years of experience of service sales in relevant industrial and/or B2B services environment (experience from waste and recycling business is considered a big plus)
• Understanding and relevant experience and/or proven track record in the field of supply chain management and/or logistics
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from suitable field of business
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High Customer orientation
• Good organizational skills and ability to take things forward efficiently
• Genuine team player skills with collaborative mindset
As a person you are easily approachable. You have a mindset of doing, and ability to challenge the status quo. You have a willingness to travel and operate at customer front. You are able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
