We are looking for a Service Concept Designer to our global Service & Product Concept team, where we are creating new and improving our existing textile services for our customers in all 24 Lindström countries.
You will contribute on developing services which add value to customers’ business. You are hands-on designing the end-to-end customer journey of a service together with customers and hence ensure the excellent customer and user experience across multiple channels and services. You are using methods like Design and System Thinking in defining and solving customer pain points. You have strong, minimum 3 years of experience in developing digital services with excellent user experience. You also know how to apply Service Design and Design Systems in developing, improving, and digitalizing Lindström omni-channel textile services for millions of users. You support final conceptualization and go-to-market planning of the services.
Your key tasks in this role are:
Bring customer and user experience to the core of service development
Initiate and co-create new business opportunities with customers
Support and strengthen the Design Thinking and innovation culture in Lindström
Facilitate innovation workshops, run design sprints
Solve complex problems with service design methods
Design customer journey and user experience by utilizing the quantitative and qualitative data
Manage design system for Services
Gather & follow the market / customer insight and turn it to new development initiatives
Manage and lead the separately agreed service development projects
We are looking for:
At least 3 years of experience in building complex digitalized B2B services
UX Design know-how and hands-on experience in making UX mock-ups
Good project management skills
Ability to involve & inspire stakeholders and hence create commitment in projects
Experience of digital service development and passion to find new solution by creating added value for Lindström and customers
Ability to understand the market drivers in fast changing business environment
Ability to work independently, consistently and analytically in a matrix organization
Excellent communication and co-operation skills
Relevant academic degree
