We are now looking for a Service Architect, Access to join our IT End User Services team.

The IT End User Services Team has the end to end service responsibility globally. Services include e.g. end user devices, collaboration tools, office and productivity tools and global user support. The mission of the IT End User Services is to unleash employee productivity.

What you’ll do

  • You have an important role in IT and business organizations. You will ensure technical solutions are aligned with architecture and the components impact.
  • You design service for Access, Access management and End point protection and their documentation
  • You ensure service high availability when needed as well as requirements for DRP
  • You review and ensure proposal by vendor matches business requirements
  • You identify opportunities for service improvement and cost optimization
  • You set measurable and meaningful requirements for SLA, OLA and KPI
  • You plan roadmaps and long-term strategy together with Delivery Service Owner
  • You ensure with Chief Architect, fit for purpose and global vision

Who you are

  • You have relevant professional knowledge and proven experience in Architect position
  • You have technical experience related to: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows File sharing, End point protection
  • You have excellent collaboration, presentation and documentation skills
  • Stay on the lookout for the latest technological innovations
  • You understand constraint of Access, Access management and integration mechanism
  • You have a broad understanding on applications security aspect
