We are looking for ambitious and creative Service Advisors to serve our corporate customers and entrepreneur customers in all banking matters via online and phone meetings. Being a true business partner to our customers you’ll have excellent possibilities to grow and contribute in Nordea. This is an opportunity for you to play a key role as a new corporate customer`s first point of entry to Nordea.

The offer

You’ll join BB Online, where we give advice and sell actively according our values, principles and concept. In BB Online we help corporate customers on their journey to from new corporation to whatever they grow. We deliver great customer experiences in financing, insurance and daily transactions.

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Providing professional financial as well as insurance and cash management advice to customers
  • You’ll work closely with investment advisors as well as other partners
  • Creating excellent customer satisfaction in online and phone meetings
  • Reaching the given targets by greating the great customer experiences
  • Using modern tools and acting compliant providing customer experiences
  • Building up good collaboration with your team and stakeholders

Your profile and background:  

  • Experience in customer service and sales and knowledge in corporate business is a benefit  
  • Great communication skills in both in spoken and written  
  • Ability to work at 7.15-22.15 on weekdays and at 10.00-16.00 on weekend  
  • BBA or equivalent  
  • Professional skills in English and Finnish  
  • The courage to service in Swedish is an advantage
