What you’ll do:
Acts as a technical expert on Eaton EMEA 3-phase UPS products to enable and support smooth operations of Eaton Field Service Engineers and Partners across EMEA region. Provide service trainings for Field Service Engineers. Create and maintain service documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical product-related issues
- Provide first class technical support to local and regional FSEs (Field Service Engineers) in their daily activities
- Manage and lead troubleshooting and take corrective actions in challenging field incidents
- Report to Quality organization of field findings
- Run service trainings for FSEs and ASPs (Authorized Service Partners), including onsite, remote and E-Learning trainings
- Create and improve the content and quality of service trainings
- Create and maintain a comprehensive service knowledge base, technical documentation, field service bulletins and service guides
- Participate new product development projects as a voice of customer and provide field service perspective
- Give service related input to other stakeholders, for instance Engineering and Sales Support
- Contribute to the zero-incident culture supporting safety of FSEs through instructions and training
Qualifications:
B.Sc. (or respective skills)
Min. 3 years of experience in Electrical and/or Electronics industry
Skills:
- Technical knowledge on power electronics and/or three phase electrical systems and solutions.
- Experience on UPS technologies is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills problem-solving skills, teamwork, adaptability, positive attitude in customer service
