Cargotec is looking for a Senior Tax Adviser to join the Corporate Tax Department. The position is based at the Cargotec’s headquarters in Helsinki and it will be for a fixed-term period. In this position you will be participating in global tax related assignments aiming to optimize the tax payments and to ensure that the payments comply with all relevant local and international tax laws and regulations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Tax planning;
- Tax submissions,
- Filings and assisting in tax audits.
The Senior Tax Adviser works in accordance with the overall tax strategy to ensure that the organization meets its obligations and objectives.
What you’ll need to succeed
The position requires communication with external tax consultants, tax authorities as well as Cargotec colleagues so good communication skills, fluent English and ability to work in teams are essential.
Ideally you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in international corporate taxation;
- Experience in indirect taxation is seen as an advantage.
- Your education can be either Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration or/and Master of Laws.
