We are now looking for an HR Senior Specialist for the Specialty Papers HR Team to support our Finnish mills in Valkeakoski and Jämsä.

What you’ll do
Support and coordinate people processes related to performance, engagement, organizational, development, leadership and competence development, change management, recruitment, resourcing, talent development, rewards and well-being
Work with the managers and employees in your area to provide HR solutions and support
Ensure HR data quality, support HR and people analytics
Participate in HR communications towards managers
Collaborate with UPM and Specialty Papers HR teams to support and implement people practices and development programs, and participate in HR related projects as needed
Who you are
You have a relevant university degree and knowledge and practical experience of HR processes
You are a proactive and result driven person with excellent networking, communication, coaching and influencing skills. You communicate with ease also in a factory setting
You are fluent both in Finnish and English
You are confident with HR systems and have solid skills with MS Office programs
You have a business HR -oriented mindset and excellent self-leadership skills, as well as an ability to work independently
You have a solid sense of confidentiality and discretion
You are prepared to divide your time flexibly between two mills
