We are now looking for an experienced Senior Specialist with a can-do attitude to join our global HR team. The Human Resources enables Kemira’s strategy and business objectives through developing the organization and workplace by further developing the digitalization of people processes, driving leadership and talent development, designing competitive rewarding models and by providing efficient HR services to the business.
Working with our key stakeholders you will design, develop, test and implement digital solutions for our people processes using our MyKem HR system, which is built on SAP SuccessFactors. You will master the employee lifecycle processes and employee master data as well as performance management and compensation in the HR system. You will be responsible for monthly and annual HR reporting and be part of developing HR analytics for the company. Furthermore, you will solve HR tool related problems and issues together with IT and key users and you ensure relevant user trainings to keep the expertise up-to-date.

In order to have a quick start we expect you to have some experience with SuccessFactors, preferably as administrator or key user - either as in-house HR expert or as a consultant. You know how to influence in a global organization and have good communication skills and fluency in English.
This position is a permanent and located in Helsinki, Finland.
