(Senior) Software Testing Engineer

Your role

We are looking for a (Senior) Software Testing Engineer to join our Information Management Applications development team in Turku, Finland. You will work as a member of the Scrum team, which is developing our information management applications including products for desktop, web, and mobile platforms, as well as for VR and AR. Together with a product owner, the team creates new and maintain existing features.

Your work will include planning and executing manual tests for new features, and you will participate in regression testing. You will maintain test materials and environments together with other testing engineers. You will report the problems you find and give suggestions to ensure usability, reliability and efficiency of use.

What we expect from you

You have experience in software testing, preferably in the field of complex systems. We appreciate experience about testing web, desktop and mobile products. Our platforms include for example Windows, ASP.NET, IIS and SQL Server. Alternatively, or additionally, you can have a strong IT infrastructure background or experience in the domain – for example in advanced use of CAD systems or in P&I design.

You are proactive, analytic and persistent, you can see the problem behind symptoms and you can report your findings accurately. We expect suitable technical background and good English skills.
