SENIOR SERVICE SPECIALIST, MICROSOFT SERVICES

My name is Juha Syrjänen and I am leading Cloud & Hosting Services team. My team has some of the most talented people in our field, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Together we are looking for a senior professional, ambitions to drive, develop, contribute, and deliver Microsoft Services to join our awesome team in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, or Tampere.


We create value to manage the services, ensure end-to-end service delivery to the customers. We develop the continuously growing Microsoft cloud services offering in our customers' solutions in the future. You are facing plenty of challenges that help you grow, become an even better professional that the role requires you to be ready for.

We are looking for a customer-oriented professional to join our team of specialists to deliver one of our fastest growing service areas. In the specialist role, you contribute to our service development, consult with our customers about their needs, meet the customer requirements by designing, implementing, and delivering the services. You also have the ability to operate but also solve problems and take corrective actions when the services fail. The role requires to master a wide range of MS services and solutions to meet customer demand.


YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

In the role of the senior service specialist, you are the senior advisor from a technology point of view; you master the expertise in Microsoft 365 from tenant and application point of view but more importantly, you are familiar with advanced Microsoft 365 security services. You also may have some experience on Azure services. You ensure our MS services that we deliver are working with good quality to our customers. You manage MS services technical content in our service offering and in the roadmap. You work in close collaboration with the service lead who has the overall ownership over the MS services.

Your responsibilities include service development, ensure the service changes to customers are successful, support developing new business with our sales, help our service operations to fix possible incidents, making sure that our service commitments to customers are met. You create, contribute, and deliver best-practice documentation on service architectures, how the services are managed and operated.

You are a customer and service-minded where the business is a key contributor and technology is an enabler. The service solutions are business for you that you can translate technical solutions into business value. You have good problem-solving skills, proactively able to support others, and capability to develop and present services. You need a very strong technical background with Microsoft services, experience to have delivered the services in the past to customers. You may also have the skills to lead a virtual team of specialists e.g. in a customer solution implementation project or manage a complex customer environment.
