(Senior) SAP Consultant (Security, Access Management)

The only company in the Nordics specializing in SAP Security and Access Management, s4access, is now seeking several SAP Consultants from various seniority levels to join its teams of top SAP industry professionals. s4access is a market leader in its field, acting as a specialized consultant for access management projects for domestic and international clients.The title of the role will be tailored according to your experience.

As an SAP Consultant at s4access, you will join a dedicated client project team consisting of a few other consultant colleagues and work for one or more of s4access’ Nordic clients on a long-term project. Typical projects include SAP Security and Access Management integrations and implementations, architectural renewals, and SAP S/4 transformations. You will participate in the definition of requirements, solution building, and testing of the solutions in your specific project area. As you gain experience, you will identify further development needs and communicate with the client about the most suitable solutions.

You won’t be left alone, as you will work closely with experienced colleagues daily. Given the long-term nature of the projects, you’ll have continuous opportunities to grow your SAP Security expertise. Moreover, you will be offered thorough training and relevant SAP certifications that enable you to succeed in your role.

You might be the expert we’re looking for if you have at least a couple of years of experience in SAP Security and Access Management. You may have worked, for instance, in Access Management support, as a system owner, consultant, or support professional, and you now want to deepen your expertise. In this role, you’ll work closely with your team, the client, and other service providers. Therefore strong interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate with technical stakeholders are essential. We also hope you are able to see the importance of your contribution as part of a larger technical project.

We hope you have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP Security, Access Management, or Identity Management. We also welcome more senior candidates to apply, the role will be tailored according to your experience

• Proactive and self-driven working style combined with great teamwork skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Practicalities:

In this full-time and permanent position, you will be employed directly by s4access. The start time in the role is as soon as possible, taking the notice period and relocation into consideration. The role will be located in Helsinki, Finland and we hope you have the preparedness to work at the office at least a few days per week as part of a hybrid model. The role might also require occasional visits to client sites.

If you are not currently living in Finland, we hope you are based in Europe. s4access offers a comprehensive relocation package, including help with work permits and visas, as well as finding accommodation. The employee will pay for the rent themselves.
